The Service Specialist will be responsible to operate, maintain, trouble-shoot and repair/assemble all assigned mechanical/electrical equipment to meet the company's image and customers’ satisfaction and achievement of company's objectives defined

-The areas of specialization that will be considered for this job are electronics, electrical, mechanical, pump, motor and hydraulics
-Responsible for the operation, repairs, preventive maintenance, trouble-shoots all mechanical/electrical equipment and ensure meeting customers' requirements
-To ensure all mechanical/electrical works meeting the safety standard of the company/local authorities
-Assist the sales department to provide effective after-sales service programme and to plan, organize and scheduled jobs in accordance to the servicing programme of the company Service Centre
-Work with all types of Service Manual, Installation Instructions and Drawings appropriate in his field and interpret them accurately and effectively
-Collect record and interpret data as applicable to his responsible area, and provide assistance to his superiors in minimizing downtime of equipment as well as involvement in group activities
-Responsible for upkeeping/maintaining of parts inventory and tools/equipment allocated to him
-Ensure that all Company rules and regulations are complied with at all times while attending to work, including safety and housekeeping of work place
-Ensure prompt/effective services are provided to customers and handling their complaints in a timely manner
-Work collectively with Sales/Customer Service Personnel and Logistic Personnel to achieve the company's objectives set
-Perform any other related duties/assignments as and when directed by his superior/s
-Prior work experiences in the Service environment related to pump servicing and maintenance will have added advantage
-Strong hand on experiences
-Ability to deal with high pressure situation and comfortable to engage with various stakeholders
-Proficient in English, especially in writing technical report
-Ability to manage internal and external customer expectations
-Excellence communication skills
-Great time management
-Willing to go the extra mile as required
