Logistics Assistant

Purpose of job

Serve customers by performing daily functional specific tasks with medium and low complexity.

Key Activities

- Solve issues within a limited span of knowledge, supporting the operational side of Grundfos’ Logistics.
- Support the local process consultants/specialists dealing with functional and area specific knowledge.
- Collecting Logistics data for simple or local performance reporting and analytics.
- The tasks are characterized by a low to medium complexity and scale, and primarily within the realm of Logistics.
- The role applies knowledge and skills across a few functions and organizational levels and builds an expert level of knowledge within Grundfos' Logistics solutions  and thus some business insight.

Critical knowledge and experience

- Experience driving well-defined processes within Logistics.
- Ability to participate in work with processes or projects.
- Ability to participate in a well-defined business process within Logistics.
- Most likely to have 4-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

- Ability influence others and follow processes.
- Some experience supporting key business initiatives.
- Knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems in Logistics.
